How To Prepare

Depending on your personal practice, I recommend anything from meditation, journaling silently, self-hypnosis (recordings too in a safe, quiet space and be sure to let someone you trust know what you'll be doing and for how long), and any breath work or grounding work. Any of these are wonderful ways to prime your brain for hypnosis. ​

Once you have booked a session, come up with a list of questions you'd like answered by your subconscious. Most people ask about health, wealth, life purpose, their relationship with people they know or are related to, am I meant to stay or go (relationship, job, etc), questions about their childhood, their future, their present circumstances, who they are as a soul and why they incarnated here and now, the list goes on. Nothing is off the table and we will simply see what answers we get. Create your list, bring it with you and we can go over it together when you arrive for your session. Ultimately, why do you seek a QHHT session? Write it down.
